Job Description

As a Billing Manager, your role involves overseeing all billing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms. Your responsibilities include: - Preparing and submitting accurate bills for various types of work, such as RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and interim bills. - Ensuring Contract Compliance by adhering to contract terms and conditions, including variations and extra items. - Monitoring project expenses, tracking costs against the budget, and identifying potential cost overruns as part of Cost Control. - Reconciling material quantities and costs with vendors and subcontractors for accurate billing. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be responsible for: - Leading and mentoring junior billing engineers to provide guidance and support. - Generating regular reports on billing status, cost analysis, and financial performance. - Utilizing and managing billing processes within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, emphasizing the importance of ERP System Proficiency. This is a Full-time position with benefits like a flexible schedule, leave encashment, and work shifts available in Day and Morning shifts. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for 2 years of prior experience in Billing and Construction. This position requires you to work in person at the designated location.,
