Ltd. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineers to join our project execution teams at our sites in Uttar Pradesh and Orissa. This role involves active engagement in construction supervision, project planning, material management, and quality assurance to ensure the timely and efficient completion of infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of on-site construction activities in accordance with project timelines and specificationsMonitor and manage material usage and availability at the project siteSupervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standardsCoordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and technical staff to ensure smooth operationsMaintain accurate documentation including daily progress reports, material records, and work logsProvide technical support and resolve site-level construction issues as they ariseImplement and enforce quality control measures and safety compliance protocolsCommunicate effectively with laborers, subcontractors, clients, and other project stakeholders to facilitate project goals
Key Competencies:
Sound understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practicesStrong supervisory and organizational abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving aptitudeAbility to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a dynamic site environment
