We Are Hiring For The Following Specialized Tracks:

1. Execution Engineers (The Ground Force)

• Earthwork Specialists: Experts in Embankment, Subgrade, Soil stabilization, and heavy machinery utilization (Graders/Rollers).
• Pavement Engineers (Flexible/Rigid): Specialists in WMM, DBM, BC (Bitumen) or PQC/DLC (Concrete Roads).
• Structure Engineers: Experience in Box Culverts, Major/Minor Bridges, ROBs, and RE Walls.

2. Quality & Lab (The Gatekeepers)

• QA/QC Engineers: Experience in setting up site labs, mix designs (Concrete/Asphalt), and documentation for IS codes/MORTH specifications.

3. Planning & Billing (The Office Backbone)

• Billing Engineers: Experts in Client Billing, Sub-contractor billing, Reconciliation, and Quantity Surveying (QS).
• Planning Engineers: Proficiency in MSP/Primavera, DPR analysis, and resource scheduling.

General Requirements

• Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Attitude: Willingness to relocate to remote sites and work in a challenging environment.
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of AutoLevel, Total Station, and Excel is expected for all roles.
