Banking & Fund Management Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for working capital limits, term loans, and project finance. Handle credit facilities, bank guarantees, overdraft renewals, and documentation with efficiency and compliance. Ensure effective fund utilization, interest optimization, and liquidity management. Compliance & Governance Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, GST, ROC, PF, ESIC, and other regulatory requirements . Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government departments for smooth statutory reporting. Develop and enforce robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and audit systems. Cost Control & Performance Monitoring Implement cost monitoring mechanisms across all project sites to prevent overruns and pilferage. Review BOQs, project cost sheets, and progress-based expenditure against budgeted targets. Track cash flow forecasts and project financial health regularly. Ensure timely client billing, collection, and vendor payment cycles. Team Building & Process Optimization Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team at head office and project sites. Build a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and timeliness. Drive adoption of ERP or integrated accounting tools for construction project management. Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and directors to ensure financial alignment with operational priorities. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (ICWA). MBA in Finance preferred. Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in finance and accounting within an EPC, infrastructure, or construction contracting company . Job Title: Site Engineer – Road Construction Location: Vadodara, Gujarat About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to oversee one or more ongoing road construction projects in and around Vadodara. The role requires strong technical expertise, on-site leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple resources to ensure timely and high-quality project execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations for one or more road construction sites. Plan, coordinate, and monitor widening, strengthening, and resurfacing works , including: Earthwork Base and sub-base preparation (GSB/WMM) Bitumen laying and compaction (BM, DBM, BC, SDBC, etc.) Oversee drainage and utility works , including: Storm water drainage installation Manhole shifting and realignment Supervise miscellaneous concrete works , including small structures, drains, and kerbs. Ensure proper utilization and management of labor, materials, and machinery for smooth site operations.
