Civil Engineer

The applicant must have a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, labor workforce, and overall work progress.
  
• Conduct quality checks for construction materials such as concrete, steel, bricks, waterproofing, and other key materials.
  
• Ensure all site work is carried out as per approved drawings, structural specifications, and safety standards.
  
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Prepare BOQs, material requirement lists, and basic site reports.
  
• Monitor project timelines, identify site issues, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Maintain proper site documentation, including daily progress reports, measurements, and quality check records.
  
• Visit multiple sites as needed and ensure consistency in execution.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  
• 2-3 years’ experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
  
• Strong understanding of structural drawings, RCC detailing, and on-site execution processes.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
  
• Good communication, decision-making, and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple sites independently and work in a dynamic environment.
  
• Must possess own two-wheeler or four-wheeler for site travel.
