Job Description

Supervise and manage site-level execution for hospital construction and infrastructure projects Ensure compliance with architectural, structural, and safety standards during construction Handle vendor coordination, site logistics, and daily progress monitoring Manage contracts and procurement activities in coordination with the central team Oversee supply chain planning and coordination (SCM) for timely material and service delivery Work closely with design, MEP, and hospital operations teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery Coordinate with statutory bodies and consultants to ensure regulatory compliance Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency Prepare and submit project reports, updates, and MIS to senior management The list of duties and responsibilities mentioned above is indicative, not exhaustive
