Civil Engineer

You are an experienced Civil Engineer sought by INI Design Studio for a significant infrastructure development project in Uttarakhand. Your role demands in-depth expertise in managing complex infrastructure projects, particularly in challenging terrains, overseeing all phases of project execution. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of civil engineering projects, from initial planning to successful execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will continuously track project progress, maintaining detailed project documentation, validating measurements, and preparing billing statements. Your role also involves ensuring that all construction work aligns with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards through regular site inspections and quality checks. You will support the Project Manager in coordinating the project team, contractors, and site staff to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any arising issues. Moreover, you will maintain all necessary site documentation in compliance with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in site execution works. Core competencies required include a strong background in construction planning, monitoring, and billing, experience in infrastructure projects and large-scale civil works, and the ability to prepare and understand progress reports, drawings, detailed BOQs, technical specifications, and other essential documents. Desired skills and attributes for this role include the ability to effectively manage site supervision, grading, and construction drawings, meticulous attention to detail, commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks to ensure timely project completion within budget.
