Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and supervise hospital construction and renovation projects from inception to completion.
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure design intent and quality execution.
Monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with hospital design standards, quality, and safety protocols.
Prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
Conduct quality checks of civil works (concrete, finishing, flooring, structural steel, waterproofing, etc.).
Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, local building codes, and statutory requirements.
Support hospital-specific facility planning such as OT complexes, ICUs, patient wards, HVAC integration, medical gas piping, etc.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and assist in vendor evaluation.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and MIS updates for management.
Resolve technical/site issues and escalate critical risks to the project manager.
