Civil Engineer Faculty

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Civil Engineer Faculty to deliver high-quality training in structural design software, including Revit, ETABS/ STAAD , and others. The ideal candidate will have a good engineering background, and a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear, engaging manner. This role involves conducting classroom and/or online sessions, preparing course materials, and mentoring students to build technical competency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured training sessions on Revit, STAAD/ ETABS, , AutoCAD, and related structural design tools.
• Prepare course content, presentations, exercises, and real-world project scenarios.
• Provide practical demonstrations and software walkthroughs.
• Assist students in solving technical problems and project assignments.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and software updates to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure curriculum alignment and course effectiveness.
• Encourage a supportive learning environment that fosters curiosity and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in structural design, preferably in industry or academic roles.
• Expertise in software tools such as STAAD, ETABS, Revit, AutoCAD, and others.
• Prior experience teaching or training is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them effectively.
• Professional certifications or relevant training credentials are a plus.
