Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site civil construction activities and ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor daily progress and report updates to the project manager. Manage labor, materials, and resources at the site. Conduct quality checks and resolve technical/site-related issues. Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget and scope.
