Job Description

Expertise Application: Apply advanced knowledge of principles and practices in specialization and related fields. Project Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage complex projects from planning to close-out. Consultant Management: Prepare scopes, evaluate, select, and oversee external consultants. Design & Coordination: Perform engineering inspections, studies, and final designs; direct teams of engineers, designers, and technicians. Project Planning: Establish scope, criteria, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with internal stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Ensure thorough quality checks before releasing construction drawings. Site Visits: Visit sites to address and resolve project issues. Support Role: Assist HOD with structural designs and project bidding. Skills/Qualifications: Education: Degree in Civil-Structural Engineering; Masters preferred. Experience: Minimum 3+ years in structural analysis/design within consultancy firms. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Staad-Pro, Etabs, Safe, and MS Office. Specialization: Design experience in building industry, engineering plants, concrete buildings, and steel structures.
