Civil Engineer Construction

Job Description: As a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer, your role will involve overseeing and managing construction activities across multiple international projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects in line with international standards, timelines, and budgets. It is essential that you possess strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the flexibility to work in diverse and dynamic environments. Your experience with the ConWize construction estimation and planning platform is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple international project sites. - Review project designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance. - Monitor and manage project progress, schedules, and cost control. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and local authorities. - Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. - Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Provide real-time engineering solutions to on-site technical issues. - Conduct site inspections and ensure quality assurance in all construction stages. - Supervise and support site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams. - Ensure proper utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower utilizing ConWize for project estimation, planning, and execution monitoring. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). - Valid engineering license or certification as required by host countries. - Mandatory experience with ConWize construction software. - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction project execution, preferably across international or multi-site projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Zoho Projects) and CAD software. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Willingness to travel or relocate internationally for project duration.
