Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Design
Prepare detailed designs, layouts, and blueprints using CAD and other engineering software.
Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical assessments.
Ensure design adherence to relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
Project Execution
Supervise site activities to ensure work is carried out as per design, quality standards, and safety norms.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, surveyors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Ensure proper resource allocation and cost control.
Quality & Safety
Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship.
Implement health, safety, and environmental protocols at the site.
Ensure compliance with local laws, permits, and approvals.
Technical Documentation & Reporting
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, and reports.
Present progress updates and technical solutions to management.
Problem Solving & Support
Resolve technical issues during construction.
Provide engineering solutions for structural challenges.
Recommend improvements for efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
