Position: Project engineer Civil
Qualification: BE or Diploma Civil
Project: Greenfield Defence Manufacturing Project
Location: NIMZ - Zaheerabad
1. Execution of industrial projects (greenfield / brownfield) preferred.
2. Experience in
a. Site excavation & Grading works
b. Handling of Batching Plant
c. Construction of PEB, RCC & Precast Buildings, HVAC, Roads, Drains, Water Supply & Sewerage, Fire Hydrants etc.
d. Site management
e. Handling of Total Station
f. AutoCAD
3. Coordination with Architectural, Structural & MEP Consultants, Civil Contractors, and Material Suppliers.
4. Able to read the drawings provided by project consultants and prepare BOQ, BBS and Cost Estimations.
5. To lead construction team and labour at site.
6. To check quality and prepare inspection reports of incoming and bought out materials.
7. To inspect and ensure quality of civil construction works as per the drawings and Quality Systems.
8. To ensure safety systems at site.
9. To monitor site work progress and prepare reports for management reviews.
10. To check contractors running bills as per the actual works completed.
