Civil Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing all assigned civil engineering activities to ensure they are completed within the allotted man-hour budgets and specified timeframes. Your expertise in Mivan Technology, MEP, and BBS (Bar Bending Scheduling) will be crucial for the successful execution of projects. You will be involved in designing a range of site development projects, including commercial and residential plans, from initial concept to construction. Your experience in low or high-rise housing projects will be essential for this role. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all technical work meets the required standards and specifications. Additionally, you will need to maintain the quality and consistency of all civil engineering technical documents. Key Responsibilities: - Design various site development projects from concept to construction - Utilize expertise in Mivan Technology, MEP, and BBS - Estimate, cost, bill, and budget for projects - Ensure compliance with approved designs and drawings - Assist civil designers with civil and structural drawings preparation - Review and provide feedback on supplier and other discipline drawings - Manage multiple projects of varying scales - Proficiency in last-stage Finishing Work of Raw Structure is a plus Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering - Proficiency in Mivan Technology, MEP, and BBS - Experience in low or high-rise housing projects - Strong project management skills - Ability to maintain quality and consistency in technical documents Note: The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person.,
