Civil Engineer

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising ongoing construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate the smooth execution of projects. - Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure everything stays on track. - Preparing reports, documentation, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. To qualify for this role, you will need to have: - A Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Construction). - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction/project management. - Full proficiency in English and Hindi. Preferred qualifications and experience include: - B.E. Civil with a minimum of 5 years of work experience. - Intermediate proficiency in Konkani. - Experience handling projects with a cumulative built-up area of at least 3000 sq. m. In addition to the above, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
