Civil BOQ Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil BOQ Engineer to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of measurement standards, estimation, and coordination with the design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQ from approved drawings, tender documents, and specifications.
• Ensure all measurements comply with relevant Standard Methods of Measurement (SMM) or IS codes.
• Estimate material and labor quantities with precision.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and site teams to clarify design details and scope of work.
• Update and revise BOQs during design changes, variations, or scope modifications.
• Assist in cost estimation, rate analysis, and tender documentation when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in BOQ preparation or quantity surveying (preferred in building/construction projects).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation software.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
