JOB SUMMARY :-Managing a team of Affluent Relationship managers mapped with Axis Bank RM's . Role Modelling by self sourcing business .with a set of RM's .Formulating strategic plans to drive the affluent /NRI segment business in coordination with AxisBankCity Head. Leveraging and Implementing business directions in line with organizational objectives. | |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-Will be responsible for meeting sales target through Bank's Affluent & NRI Managers Relationship Management with the Axis City Head & Burgundy/NRI team. Drive the sales through HNI customers and premium segment.
.Periodic and Daily updates in alignment with channel partner, ensuring business Planis achieved, drivingthe affluent managers , ensuring activation and persistency and thereby tracking the performance in all the vectors. .Deploy and monitor implementation specifically Bank staff contests/R&R in order to accelerate revenue generation with the Channel. | Measures of Success |
Desired qualification and experience: -.Master of Business Administration from a premier business school or equivalent. | |
