City Co-ordinator (Bengluru Location)

Job Responsibilities:

Operational Management & Coordination

 Oversee and manage city-level operations, ensuring timely execution of orders and adherence

to service standards.

 Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth process integration.

 Track daily operational KPIs and prepare reports on performance, productivity, and issue

resolution.

 Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency.

Vendor & Fulfillment Network Development

 Support product expansion within the city by enhancing capacity at existing fulfillers and

identifying new vendors.

 Collaborate with vendor teams to align operational processes and ensure compliance with

company expectations.

 Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations and capability assessments.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Team & Process Management

 Manage and support local team members, ensuring adequate training and adherence to SOPs.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.

 Coordinate between vendors, logistics, and customer care teams for issue resolution.

 Monitor city operations to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Reporting & Improvement

 Provide daily and weekly reports on operational metrics and vendor performance.

 Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and quality standards.

 Contribute to process standardization and support audits or reviews as required.

Other Requirements

 Graduate in any discipline.

 Minimum 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, order execution, or vendor

coordination.

 Strong understanding of fulfillment processes, logistics, and customer operations.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Proficient in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

 Willingness to travel extensively across fulfiller locations within the region.

 Ability to handle multiple vendors and operational priorities simultaneously.

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
