Job Responsibilities: Operational Management & Coordination Oversee and manage city-level operations, ensuring timely execution of orders and adherence to service standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth process integration. Track daily operational KPIs and prepare reports on performance, productivity, and issue resolution. Vendor & Fulfillment Network Development Support product expansion within the city by enhancing capacity at existing fulfillers and identifying new vendors. Collaborate with vendor teams to align operational processes and ensure compliance with company expectations. Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations and capability assessments. Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Team & Process Management Manage and support local team members, ensuring adequate training and adherence to SOPs. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate between vendors, logistics, and customer care teams for issue resolution. Monitor city operations to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
