Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain 

  Cisco network infrastructure

   (ASA, Firepower, IPS, Routers, Switches, AnyConnect).
• Manage and support 

  firewall solutions

   (Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto).
• Administer and maintain 

  proxy infrastructure

   and security appliances.
• Ensure 

  IT security compliance

  : patch management, IOS upgrades, audit log review, access control, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor and optimize 

  network performance

  , recommend upgrades, and plan hardware/software replacements.
• Perform 

  disaster recovery operations

   and participate in ITIL processes (capacity, change, vendor, incident management).
• Provide 

  24x7 support availability

  , including flexibility for nights/weekends.
• Create 

  network documentation, diagrams, and reports

   for design, planning, and audits.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:

   Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience:

   38 years in 

  network infrastructure and Cisco technologies

  .

• Mandatory Skills:

• Cisco Routing & Switching (Core Networking).
• Firewall management Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto (configuration & troubleshooting).
• Proxy setup & management.

• Certifications:

   CCNA, CCNP (mandatory/preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
