As a Circle Head Credit at Light Finance, your role will involve leading credit operations across multiple states. Your responsibilities will include shaping credit strategy, leading and managing large credit teams, mitigating risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for business growth and risk control. Key Responsibilities: - Shape credit strategy by designing and implementing policies, control points, and efficiency improvements. - Lead, mentor, and manage large credit teams across multiple branches with a focus on performance and accountability. - Mitigate risk and maintain a strong, healthy portfolio by conducting credit assessments and implementing early warning systems. - Collaborate with Sales and other Credit teams to align credit processes with business goals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in finance or related field - 9-12 years experience in Credit/Risk, with 3+ years in leadership - Strong credit assessment and risk management skills - Experience in handling large teams and multi-location operations As a Circle Head Credit at Light Finance, you will be based at the Meerut Regional Office and report to the Zonal Head Credit.,
