Circle Head Credit

Light Finance is looking to hire a Circle Head Credit to oversee credit operations in multiple states. As the Circle Head Credit, you will be responsible for driving credit strategy, maintaining portfolio quality, leading large teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure risk control. Your key responsibilities will include shaping credit strategy through policy design, implementing control points and efficiency improvements, mentoring and managing large credit teams across multiple branches, focusing on performance and accountability, mitigating risk, maintaining a healthy portfolio through credit assessments and early warning systems, and collaborating with Sales and other Credit teams to align credit processes with business objectives. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, at least 12 years of experience in Credit/Risk, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. You should possess strong credit assessment and risk management skills, experience in managing large teams and multi-location operations. This is a full-time position with remuneration as per industry standards, based at the Meerut Regional Office.
