Cinematographer

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Shoot high-quality, engaging short-format content using a phone/camera for social media platforms.
• Be part of pre-production meetings to enhance and improve shoot flow.
• Following a script or outline, and can do a shot breakdown.
• Can conceptualise and ideate visuals and other storytelling elements such as sound, music, and visual direction to enhance the shoot and final product.
• ⁠Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and integrate sound effects, graphics, and enhance the final output.
• Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer.
• Should be able to do basic lighting, along with working a gimbal.
• Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.
• Improving and correcting lighting, colouring and faulty footage.
• Able to work on basic edits or understand editing technicalities.
• Understand equipment requirements for shoots.
• Working closely with clients to present a final product that matches his or her vision

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Based in Mumbai with at least 2 years of videography and editing experience.

Able to work with a team, while providing suggestions, and making the project better with creative inputs.

⁠Proactive and disciplined, with a strong sense of responsibility towards creating high-quality content.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment (Monday to Friday - we work 1st and 3rd Saturdays) and stay organised under realistic deadlines.

⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail in editing, with the ability to improve footage, correct lighting/colouring issues, and align with the intended mood or theme.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Video editing: 1 year (Required)
• Cinematography: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
