Role Overview: As a CICS Admin at NTT DATA in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN), you will be responsible for Mainframe/CICS Administration & Support. Your main tasks and activities will include, but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities: - CSD Applications Support - CICS resource configuration - Setup and enhance CICS regions - Handling Stream Weaver issues - Mainframe FTP - Managing E-mail Process - Working with Web Services - Developing & Documenting System utilities - Providing Data & Participating in POC for New Interfaces/Products - Performance Analysis and Reporting - Operations Support including E-mail/who code file maintenance - Ensuring CICS regions Availability & conformity - Assisting User Provisioning team with mainframe access related issues - Managing Production Batch Cycles - PCARDs Creation Process - Mainframe Problem Analysis - Troubleshooting CICS region Abends - Handling Mainframe Network & MVS requests - Resolving issues related to applications or products like CL/Supersession, CA Inter-test, CA-SMR, and File-Aid etc. - Conducting Problem Analysis for Mainframe and Application access related issues - Managing CPF (CICS Print Facility) and HOD (Host On-demand) - Resolving Miscellaneous User issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven experience in Mainframe/CICS Administration - Strong knowledge of CICS resource configuration and setup - Familiarity with mainframe technologies such as Mainframe FTP, E-mail Process, and Web Services - Experience in developing system utilities and documenting processes - Ability to analyze performance and generate reports - Good troubleshooting skills for resolving issues related to various applications and products - Knowledge of CPF and HOD for mainframe printing and host access About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
