Job Description

As a Software engineer, you will execute on product s vision for a modern, frictionless, scalable, API first and persona-driven customer identity and access management system, which collectively result in the best end-to-end Life & Annuities solution in the industry. You will partner with fellow engineers to create a reusable, predictable, and discoverable design and development framework allowing rapid, consistent, and maintainable customer authentication and authorization solutions. We are seeking a team player with leadership experience, exceptional users and API security skills, and a proven track record of successful delivery.

WHAT YOU LL DO:

Design and implement API policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Develop enterprise API solutions using an industry leading API platform (Kong). Integrate the enterprise CIAM solution for all internal and external APIs. Collaborate with CIAM team to extend its capability to serve our clients.

WHAT YOU LL NEED:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
5+ years of software development experience. Working knowledge of implementing OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect protocols. Experience in building industry standard APIs using NestJS or any other typescript based framework . Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, etc. Working knowledge of common DevOps tasks (Environment provisioning, CI/CD Pipelines, and application monitoring). Excellent work ethic. Ability to work and travel independently. Effective strategic thinking skills. Expert level communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. Expert level troubleshooting skills. Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional, distributed team. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
