Chronograph Private Equity Professional

QualificationsMust Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience with portfolio monitoring tools such as Chronograph, eFront, Mercatus, iLevel, Burgiss, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with private markets investment structures, cash flow mechanics, and performance metrics (TVPI, DPI, IRR, PME)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g, Power BI, Tableau) or SQL is a plus
• Data quality management and cleansing techniques to validate and optimize incoming investment data
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g, Power BI, Tableau) or SQL is a plus
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domains and apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries
• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to serve as a subject matter expert on private markets data, portfolio monitoring, and performance reporting
• Advise clients on best practices for data collection, governance, and reporting across funds and direct private investments
• Support clients in interpreting fund-level data (e.g, capital calls, NAVs, performance metrics) and portfolio construction insights
• Ability to Lead or support the implementation of private markets platforms (e.g, Chronograph, eFront, iLevel, or others)
• Proficient in Customizing system configurations to align with client objectives and operational workflows
• Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders, software vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful deployments
• Experienced in Designing and building dashboards, performance reports, and analytics tools to provide clients with real-time insights
• Drive integration of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to support decision-making

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Experience with API integration for data ingestion and system interoperability.
• Experience creating custom dashboards for private equity, fund managers, or LPs.
• Understanding of operational due diligence or risk management within portfolio monitoring.
• Experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering for system implementations.
• Experience working with IT/data engineering teams or external software vendors.
