Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Tailor campaigns to different customer segments, ensuring maximum reach and effectiveness.
Develop product positioning and messaging for personal loans across customer segments.
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns using tools like Gupshup (WhatsApp/SMS), Oracle Eloqua, Netcore, MoEngage, WebEngage.
Build and manage customer journeys including onboarding, engagement, and retention.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing MIS & Insights:

Oversee the management and reporting of Marketing Information Systems (MIS).
Collect, track, and analyse marketing data, including outcomes and key performance metrics.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy.
Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and optimize based on insights.
Work closely with Product, Risk, Credit, Tech, and Customer Experience teams.

Brand Localization & Implementation:

Develop innovative local marketing strategies while considering regional diversity.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Track and report on zonal marketing performance metrics.
Provide insights to develop and enhance future marketing initiatives.

Experience & Education:

Minimum 5 years in product marketing, preferably in personal loans or unsecured lending within NBFCs or fintechs.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
