Chinese Language Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chinese Language Trainer to deliver high-quality instruction to students/learners of various age groups and proficiency levels. The ideal candidate should have strong command of Mandarin Chinese, a structured teaching approach, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Chinese language lessons (Mandarin) to individuals or groups in accordance with curriculum objectives.
• Plan and develop engaging lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback and evaluations.
• Customize teaching methods based on learners’ needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.
• Use various teaching tools and digital platforms for interactive learning.
• Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and incorporate them into training.
• Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
• Support language certification preparations (e.g., HSK, TOCFL, etc.), if applicable.
• Collaborate with other trainers or academic staff for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (native or near-native level).
• Phd’s degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching certification (e.g. HSK Examiner Certificate) is an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching Chinese to non-native speakers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
• Ability to engage learners and adapt teaching style to various audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
