Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chinese Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of traditional and modern Chinese cuisine, including a variety of regional dishes. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes including stir-fries, noodles, dim sum, soups, and regional specialties (e.g., Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan). Maintain food quality and presentation standards. Monitor inventory and ensure timely ordering of ingredients. Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP). Collaborate with kitchen staff and management on menu planning and new dish development. Train junior kitchen staff as needed.
