Here are the key responsibilities: Food Preparation: Cooking a variety of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, dumplings, noodles, and soups. Ingredient Selection: Using fresh and traditional Chinese ingredients to maintain authenticity. Cooking Techniques: Mastering methods like steaming, stir-frying, deep-frying, and braising. Kitchen Management: Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient workflow. Menu Development: Creating new dishes while preserving traditional flavors. Quality Control: Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes. Stock & Inventory Management: Monitoring supplies and placing orders as needed. Team Collaboration: Working with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
