Job Title: Chinese Chef Location: L:EAT Catering, Udyog Vihar Phase V, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed) Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role Age Requirement: 24 – 50 years Education: Minimum 12th Pass Language Skills: No English required Shift: Day (Full-Time) Preferred Industry Background: Hotels, Restaurants, Catering Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Pan-Asian dishes, with expertise in Chinese and Thai cuisines. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times. Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and portion control. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet catering and event requirements. Manage stock, monitor food costs, and reduce wastage. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ professional cooking experience in Pan-Asian kitchens. Strong skills in Chinese cuisine (non-Indo Chinese) and Thai dishes. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and plating. Ability to work in a multi-cuisine kitchen for catering and outdoor events (ODC). Flexibility to handle high-volume orders for large events.
