Follow proper cooking techniques and traditional Chinese recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Monitor food stock and coordinate with the purchase team for ingredient requirements. Train and guide junior kitchen staff as needed. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per regulations. Innovate and recommend new dishes or menu improvements. Ensure timely preparation of orders during busy hours.
