CHINESE COOK

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Cook to join our team at our restaurant in Madurai.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, soups, and rice dishes

• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality

• Follow recipes and cooking techniques to maintain consistency in taste and presentation

• Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.

• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques

• Food safety and hygiene certification is preferred
