Chief Technology Officer/ Head of Engineering

As the CTO / Head of Engineering at Axestrack, your role will involve driving the architecture, development, and operations of the digital logistics platform. You will lead and scale a 35-member team, manage the full product development lifecycle, and tackle large-scale engineering challenges, particularly in the areas of big data and geospatial intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technology vision and roadmap to align with business objectives. - Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and performance optimization. - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering team of 35+ professionals. - Address complex problems in big data, geospatial data processing, and real-time systems. - Collaborate with Product, Business, and Customer teams to develop scalable solutions. - Drive innovation, engineering best practices, and a product-first mindset. - Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the platforms. - Manage technology operations and budgets while planning for scalability and growth. Qualification Required: - B.Tech degree from a Tier 1 Institution (IIT / NIT / BITS). - 10-20 years of experience leading tech teams of 30+ people, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS environments. - Strong understanding of product thinking and the ability to align tech strategy with customer needs. - Hands-on experience with Big Data engineering, complex problem-solving, cloud-native infrastructure, and high-scale systems. - Prior experience in end-to-end ownership of tech products, from MVP to scale. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to relocate to Jaipur.
