  end-to-end: ideas → scripts → edits → posting → iteration
• Build a

  small killer squad

  (writers, editors, thumbnail/cover) and run it like a product team
• Obsess over metrics every single day:

• Shares

  (Shares per 100 views)

• STR

  (Swipe Through Rate) - are they hooked for first 5 secs?

• APV

  (Average Plays per Viewer) – are they rewatching?

• Retention graph

  – exact second they drop

• Follow rate

  , saves, comments
• Run ruthless experiments on: Hooks & first 1–3 seconds
• Kill anything that doesn’t move the metrics. Double down hard on what does.

Who you are (non-negotiables)

• You have

  grown at least one Shorts/Reels-first account from 0 → 1M+ followers

• You know your best videos’

  shares, STR, APV, retention, follow rate

• You can explain why they blew up without saying “algorithm was kind”
• You can rewrite 10 hooks in 2 minutes
• You can give brutal, precise feedback on cuts/pacing/text
• You can push out 10 experiments a day without drama
