Chief of Strategy

The job opportunity is with a leading manufacturing company for the position of Chief of Strategy - CXO Level based in North India. The ideal candidate should possess a Post Graduation degree from Premier Institutes with a background in Big 4 or consulting firms, Auto, Auto Components, Industrial Goods, or Manufacturing domains. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Auto industry and female candidates. Key responsibilities for the role include developing growth strategies, leading strategic planning, and managing strategic performance. The candidate should have a proven track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, as well as leading cross-functional teams to execute growth plans effectively.
