What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with the CEO to translate strategic goals into detailed business plans and ensure flawless execution.
• Build fi

  nancial models, dashboards, and MIS reports

  to track company performance and identify gaps.
• Partner with business teams to collect, analyze, and present insights that influence critical decisions.
• Drive

  goal-setting, reviews, and reporting cadences

  across the organization.
• Act as a

  multiplier for the CEO’s time

  by ensuring projects, priorities, and deliverables are executed on schedule.
• Collaborate with strategic partners and channels globally to maximize impact on growth.
• Support board interactions, investor relations, and fundraising-related reporting with clarity and precision.
• Travel across India and internationally (Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, US) as needed to execute strategic priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

• MBA (Finance preferred) from a

  Tier-1 institution

  .
• 6–10 years of experience post-MBA.
• Prior experience in

  private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, etc.).

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business planning skills.
• Exceptional

  stakeholder management and persuasive communication

  skills.
• A proven track record of thriving in

  fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

• Self-sufficient, hands-on, and execution-driven.

Good-to-Haves:

• Exposure to cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS/technology companies.
• Experience with channel management, strategic partnerships, or global expansion initiatives.
• Familiarity with MIS, OKRs, and scaling operational processes.
