Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for our company located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the marketing strategy for all our brands. Your primary focus will be on customer acquisition, brand development, and ensuring digital excellence. You will collaborate closely with the brand and growth teams based at our Noida headquarters to achieve these objectives. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of the entire marketing funnel, encompassing awareness, acquisition, and retention strategies. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies related to content creation, performance marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), influencer partnerships, and public relations. Additionally, you will oversee the creative storytelling process for each brand to ensure a compelling narrative that resonates with our target audience. One of your key objectives will be to drive marketing return on investment (ROI) by effectively planning budgets and optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC). You will lead a team of dynamic marketers, content creators, and media buyers, guiding them towards achieving our marketing goals. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in marketing leadership positions. Experience in managing marketing budgets exceeding 1020 Cr is essential. A strong background in working with premium consumer brands will be advantageous and preferred for this position.
