Role Overview: As the Chief Marketing Manager for a real estate company specializing in open plots sales, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the sales operations and leading a small sales team to achieve set targets. Your role will involve driving sales of open plots for the organization, demonstrating strong team handling skills, having familiarity with real estate terms and conditions, maintaining a client-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction, achieving monthly sales targets, with a goal of 2 out rate sales of open plots every month, and leading a sales team of 6 members to success.
