Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java with strong expertise in building high-performance, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core Java, microservices, cloud technologies, and will play a key role in requirements gathering, use case building, solution design, and end-to-end development. The role also requires leadership capabilities to mentor the development team and ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Build detailed use cases, process flows, and technical requirements documents.

Participate in requirement review meetings and provide technical insights for feasibility and effort estimation.

Design & Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications. Architect scalable and resilient backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Lead end-to-end development cycles including requirement understanding, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture to ensure smooth delivery.

Ensure high application performance, security, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor junior developers and guide the team on technical best practices.

Conduct technical assessments, code reviews, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Experience building RESTful APIs, API Gateway components, and integrating with message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB (any).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure.

Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and DevOps tools.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and system architecture.

Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes (added advantage). Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes (added advantage).
