Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for highly motivated and quick learning individual with great leadership skills and the capacity to efficiently utilize and contribute to your teams technical skills. The ability to understand requirements, provide solutions, and collaborate efficiently and amicably with your team and with clients. The ability to work with the design team to implement mobile strategies. The focus to adapt and respond to challenges as they come up. Excellent time management skills and dedication to achieving high quality work.

1. Design, implement, and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability.

2. Expertise in PostgreSQL, including partitioning, indexing, and stored procedures.

3. Optimize complex SQL queries for efficiency and performance.

4. Experience in segregating OLTP and OLAP to distribute the load.

5. Analytical and Reporting optimization and scaling.

6. Design and manage robust backup and recovery strategies.

7. Automate database operations, including backups and maintenance tasks.

8. Develop data reporting and analytics solutions with SQL and BI tools.

9. Constant awareness with the latest database trends and PostgreSQL features.

10. Knowledge of AWS Postgres RDS will be an added advantage.
