Chief Manager- Finance

As a Finance Manager at our company, your role will involve working closely with the program management function on RFP pricing reviews for new contracts and existing business. You will support the site on cost optimization initiatives such as Opex Control, Product yields monitoring, Product Raw material costs review, pricing and usage variances, as well as review Capacity planning. Key Responsibilities: - Lead annual budgeting activities and discussions with various stakeholders including marketing, operations, R&D, Quality, HR, and Engineering on business triggers. You will be responsible for preparing annual budget decks. - Prepare Monthly Business review decks with the Senior leadership and drive finance-related discussions. - Ensure timely monitoring of Revenue contracts for accurate revenue recognition. - Prepare Products profitability statements and review product costs to ensure profitability. - Review and ensure timely submission of monthly MIS and Line of sight (rolling forecasts). - Manage Working Capital to align with business targets. - Manage a Finance team of 3 people on site. - Ensure timely submission of audit schedules for Quarterly Audit, Statutory Audit, and Internal Audit. - Lead the annual cost audit activity for the site. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Prior experience in financial management and budgeting. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead a team and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
