Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HR strategy aligned with hospital goals and patient-centric culture.
Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management.
Drive employee engagement, grievance redressal, and labor law compliance.
Implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (NABH/JCI).
Lead learning & development initiatives for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Drive HR digital transformation (HRMS, analytics, automation).

Requirements:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification from premium institutes.
20+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 8 to 10 years in the hospital/healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and healthcare HR practices.
Proven ability to lead large teams and build an engaging, ethical workplace culture.
