Job Description

As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at our company, you will play a crucial role in the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the Directors. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - **Strategic Planning:** Develop business strategies across different regions to ensure sustainable growth. - **Product Marketing:** Create and execute healthcare strategic marketing plans to enhance the market success of our products in both India and the International market. - **Business Development:** Identify and assess potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to expand our market presence and revenue streams. - **Thought Leadership & External Engagement:** Act as a thought leader in the industry, representing the company at various events, conferences, and speaking engagements. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and influencers. - **Strategic Alliances & Partnerships:** Foster and manage strategic alliances and partnerships with other organizations, industry associations, and ecosystem partners to drive mutual growth and collaboration. - **Performance Measurement & KPIs:** Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress against strategic objectives. Establish a robust framework for performance measurement and regular reporting to the executive leadership and the Directors. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience of 10+ years in a senior leadership role, focusing on strategy development, business development, and growth initiatives within the healthcare IT sector in India and the International market. - Comprehensive knowledge of Healthcare Information System, Electronic Medical Record, Laboratory Information System, Radiology Information System, and other relevant systems (HIS, EMR, LIS, RIS, PACS, etc.). - Strong healthcare leadership network in India and the SAARC region is essential. - Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability within a competitive business environment, preferably with a Healthcare IT company in India or internationally. In addition to the above details, the company prefers candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or any other advanced degree is highly preferred. This role requires a total experience of 15-20 years, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the healthcare IT domain. The compensation offered will be as per industry standards.
