Chief Financial Officer for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Platforms Consultant

Role Overview: As the ERP Platforms + L 7 Manager in the CFO & Enterprise Value team at Accenture, your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will work closely with CFOs and finance organizations to implement strategies anchored on digital disruption, new-age operating models, and best-in-class practices to drive market differentiation. Your main focus will be on technology transformation strategies, overseeing implementation projects, and optimizing digital capabilities for business efficiency. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects with key C-suite stakeholders and collaborate with industry experts to shape innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute technology transformation strategies - Oversee implementation projects and optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency - Support CFOs and finance organizations in crafting and implementing strategies anchored on digital disruption - Interact with clients to gather and evaluate business requirements and recommend best practices - Create cost-effective operating models for clients and drive new technology solutions - Work on system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, data modeling, etc. in Finance technology solutions in SAP - Lead project delivery of Finance module/application design, blueprint, solutioning, modeling, proof-of-concept development, etc. - Support delivery of large complex reporting framework implementations - Supervise Accenture analysts and consultants, and client personnel in a limited capacity Qualifications Required: - MBA/CA/CMA educational qualification - Strong bilingual proficiency in JLPT N3 qualified or better - 1+ years of experience working on S4HANA - 2+ years of experience working on SAP FICO/SD/MM/PS etc. - 4+ years of experience in Finance Technology relevant projects - Strong technical understanding of SAP S4HANA, SAP FI-CO, and other SAP modules - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Relevant experience in the required domain - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment About Our Company: Accenture is a global professional services company that provides strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations services.
