Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Master's / MBA / CA degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance. It is essential to have a strong understanding of Tally ERP/Prime, GST & TDS. With a minimum of 20 years of overall experience, including at least 15 years of taxation & auditing experience, you should possess excellent leadership skills coupled with unwavering determination and personal integrity. In addition to the above requirements, the candidate should demonstrate exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills. A deep understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning is crucial. You will be responsible for coordinating the development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting on the same. Moreover, the candidate should have a working knowledge of raising capital outside traditional lines of credit, researching revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyzing internal operations, and identifying areas for cost reduction and process enhancement. Candidates with a proven track record and the ability to join immediately will be given preference for this full-time, permanent position.
