Role Overview

As the CFO (CA), you will oversee and streamline all financial operations across the group companies. You’ll be the backbone of decision-making — ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, raising capital, driving AI-driven financial planning, and reporting directly to the leadership team from our Powai headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage consolidated group finances across multiple verticals (Rice, Logistics, Foundation, Publishing, AI Ventures, and more).
• Implement AI-driven financial dashboards for real-time decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy for expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, ROC filings, and audit requirements.
• Manage funding requirements, liaising with banks, investors, and government bodies.
• Develop cost optimization strategies and internal financial controls.
• Advise leadership on capital allocation, mergers, acquisitions, and IPO readiness.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in corporate finance, audits, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience managing group-level or multi-entity finances.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, financial ERPs, or automation workflows is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
