Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO – Real Estate Development)

Location: Kochi
Reporting to: Managing Director (MD)

Salary Upto : Rs.1,00,000/-(1Lakh)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our Group's financial operations and guide strategic business decisions. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, fundraising, investor relations, banking, regulatory compliance, and financial planning activities. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in real estate finance, who can drive financial discipline and deliver insights for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Advisory

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions aligned with the company's long-term goals.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the group.

Financial Management & Compliance

  • Manage the Accounts & Finance department to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and legal compliance requirements, including GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other regulatory mandates.
  • Review and consolidate monthly and annual financial statements and budgets.

Project Finance & Real Estate Accounting

  • Handle end-to-end project accounting, including cost analysis and activity-wise project reporting.
  • Prepare projected balance sheets and financial statements for project financing.
  • Oversee and manage project-specific budgets and cost controls.

Cash Flow & Fund Management

  • Monitor and manage cash flows, working capital, and liquidity requirements across all group entities.
  • Ensure effective fund allocation, investment decisions, and cost management to optimize profitability.

Banking & Investor Relations

  • Lead negotiations and relationship management with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
  • Oversee fund-raising initiatives, including project funding, working capital loans, bank guarantees, and letters of credit.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and manage investor reporting and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 15–20 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within the real estate or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience in project finance, fundraising, and bank negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliances, taxation, and real estate financial regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
