As a Project Manager in our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects related to HVAC systems, energy management, sustainability practices, building automation systems, and more. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategic Planning: Developing long-term strategies to achieve the company's objectives. - Operational Oversight: Monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Budget Management: Handling financial resources and ensuring projects are within budget. - Standard Setting: Establishing and maintaining quality standards for all operations. - Project Management: Leading and managing projects from inception to completion. - Vendor Management: Collaborating with vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery. - Team Leadership: Providing guidance and direction to team members to achieve goals. - Compliance and Safety: Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining safety standards. - Performance Analysis: Analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Sustainability Initiatives: Implementing practices to promote sustainability within the organization. Qualifications & Skill Set: - Professional work experience from renowned star hotels, age below 50 years, and willing to relocate to nearby Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad, Telangana. - Qualified B.
